For those who've asked me, "Chemmie, when are you teaching your next Phase I class?", I'm happy to inform you that my next class will be March 5-7, 2024. The class will be remote, so you can join from anywhere you like (and in your PJs from the waist down too, if that's what "tickles your fancy"), and will only be around 5-6 hours per day, so you can get work done either side of the class. Who Should Attend: - Environmental professionals - Appraisers - Commercial Real Estate Professionals - Property owners - Commercial lenders and financial managers - Attorneys - Commercial Real Estate Brokers - Anyone responsible for reviewing Phase I Environmental Site Assessment reports This course covers the ASTM Environmental Site Assessment Standard Practices for the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (E1527-21). You will gain an understanding of what is required by the standard, how to use the standard, and how the standard affects the way you do business. The course will also include an overview of the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process for Forestland or Rural Property (E2247) and Limited Environmental Due Diligence: Transaction Screen Process (E1528). When performing testing in application life cycle management, #Agile development, or project management for product research and technology, it is crucial to consider quality. Taking a quality-centric approach is important when evaluating the development process from a quality viewpoint. There are two key aspects to consider in terms of quality issues. 1.) It is essential to cover all the functional areas of your product or project. 2.) Determine the requirements for your product to run in the production environment, where various production environment variables need to be quantified. From the perspective of Agile developers, the primary goal is to increase productivity and develop working software that can be used by customers. Agile development is often conducted in short iterations called sprints, typically lasting one to two weeks. In today's development landscape, it is important to balance Agile with requirement management and quality management. Quality assurance testing is typically implemented in addition to the Agile process, with QA team members joining Agile teams. QA testers collaborate with the Agile team to ensure that testing is integrated effectively. #agile #testing #qualityassurance
