Understanding campaigning for gender equality and designing effective campaigns are the only way to manifest change and success in everything that we do. Our last VIrtual Youth Exchange trainings ( Campaigining) moderated by Sykiso Cyprus and Uganda Youth Skills Training Organization (UYSTO) partners, is knocking on the door. We want equitable inclusion without leaving everyone behind. Please enroll for this course, it's starting on 13th November 2024 and ending 11th December 2024. The Virtual Youth Exchange second training courses started April 2024 with the young people full of joy for learning Negotiation skills, which they will integrate in their digital and gender equality local activities at partner participating organizations at country level in 2025. Digit@lly Together for Gender Equqlity #dige targets 336 young people to access knowledge in Non violent skills, Negotiation Skills, Emotional intelligence and campaigning, which are all pivotal keys for young people in the 21st century . The project at the same time bridges the gap between the men and their counterparts ( women) when it becomes to integration of digital skills in their dairy life or in the civic community development engagements, which limits women productivity not only at household or individual levels but at national levels. After qualifying to join other communities of Uganda from the camp, through OPM office pass card, joined us as a mechanic student. Bahati after completing his course left Uganda and travelled to Kenya for green pastures and here he is testifying how the training is helping him in working as a car repairer. Thanks Carmen Demeter for the promotion of #uysto campaign. The fundraising campaign targets Uganda Youth Skills Training Organization (UYSTO) to own its training facilities to have many other NEET youths to secure vocational skills training to work as a bridge for their self-reliance.

Here comes our success story video series number 13 from Nicole Hanifah, who joined Uganda Youth Skills Training Organization (UYSTO) to train in tailoring, fashion and designing, but due to our unique training packages, she was able to also train in entrepreneurship and computer as well as taking an opportunity to training in Gender equality and digital skills for equity inclusion, supported by #DiGE project. They are other many vulnerable young people who require our training but due to limited space, we at times refer them to try next time, next time at times they find or undergo a different story. Our courses cater for those who are not in employment, education, training and with no education background, we do not need to leave any one behind in the equity and inclusion economy.
