In the words of King Julian....... Word of warning from this side of the fence when companies need to move interview dates and times for applicants. Candidates are in high demand and it is well worth making sure your hiring managers are aware of this before committing to a set date and time. Double check there isn't a clash! Candidates often have to shuffle quite a lot around to make time for interviews, sometimes its hard to change at late notice. Candidates sometimes consider declining because of this and progressing with other opportunities with slicker processes. Recruiting and hiring top talent is a serious commitment on both sides in my opinion and worth planning out way before CVs are even reviewed!
