👉HISTORY OF THE BIRTHDAY CAKE: 1.It's all started with the TRADITION as a belief that in an ancient time, EGYPTIANS were the 1st one who started to celebrate with the cake when PHARAOHS(State leader) were crowned at the time of coronation considering the birth of "God". 2.EVOLUTION: Over the year, it has evolved. The GERMAN BAKERS were become the first mover to make it commercial targeting the small niche market for selling their cake for the birthday parties of young children. The birthday party were known as KINDERFEST & the cake were knowns as GEBURTSTAGORTEN at the time. 3.REVOLUTION: But by the time due to INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION, the celebration of the birthday party & the cake concepts were becoming very popular around the people to celebrate the day as their "BIRTH"DAY" in the germany followed by the europe, america, asia among all over the world 4.DECORATION:After that the CANDLES were used by the people in the cake as a decoration & other many more things just to represent their age as a year of their life & were blown out away one by one by themselves just to have a beautiful & great beginning of their remaining lives. 5.That's how the concept of the birthday cake started in a short & in a quick summary.

because we all belong to Allah and to Allah we all will return… The true question is, how we live our life and what we can say we’ve done upon our return. There’s nothing can calm anyone better than full submission to Allah. That irrespective of what we face, knowing that it’s all temporary and that to Allah we will all return would make the grievance and pain from losing people so dear to us are but part of inevitable things in life. If only we can have such level of submission, that level of faith, that people in Palestine, even kids, have been displaying to the world on daily basis. This full submission, that if each and everyone of us have it, imagine the level of professionality we’ll have everywhere including at work; the level of teust and ability to work as team knowing that each of us have the other’s back. They are indeed exemplary. https://lnkd.in/gkqTVbnE

Last Friday, I had the opportunity to participate in an online panel hosted by Dr Maya Mendiratta, AFHEA discussing how career services within university settings can engage students. I advocated for a targeted, industry-specific approach to career development, highlighting the importance of equitable, strengths-bases practices that move beyond accessibility and embrace inclusion. To summarise, univeristy-based career services should: - Make sure the activities being delivered are relevant to student needs and interests- gather information via surveys, focus groups and informal interviews to ascertain what students would deem valuable to their career goals - Develop activities that are targeted to specific fields, developing students’ industry-specific skills in addition to transferable skills. Involve students in the planning and development process through co-design, and encourage student-led initiatives - Foster equity by putting additional support in place for students with additional requirements to reduce the impact of communication barriers. For example, having available interpreters, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) strategies, information provided in various formats (e.g. diagrams, simple graphics, large text, audio supplements and Braille). It is important to move beyond accessibility, and foster true inclusion of all students - Offer hybrid services (online and in-person participation options) to increase accessibility, reducing barriers associated with disability or illness, remote geographical location or lack of access to transport. - Ensure employees working within career services are operating within a trauma-informed and culturally responsive framework, adopting a strengths-based approach to their work with students
