The compensation and bonus standards for sales positions are specifically as follows: - For a sales task of 200,000 ksh: When the task is completed 100%, the salary and subsidies will be fully paid according to the standard; if not completed, 50% will be uniformly paid. - For exceeding the sales task to 300,000 ksh: Completing it can earn a bonus of 10,000 ksh. - For exceeding the sales task to 400,000 ksh: Achieving this goal can earn a bonus of 20,000 ksh. - For exceeding the sales task to 500,000 ksh: Successfully reaching this target can earn a bonus of 40,000 ksh. - For exceeding the sales task to 1,000,000 ksh: Completing this grand goal can earn an extraordinary bonus of 80,000 ksh.
