Earlier today, whilst in Washington DC to attend the #NATOSummit, the Prime Minister Keir Starmer and Defence Secretary John Healey paid their respects and laid a wreath at The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington Cemetery.
He committed, to defending the borders of all our mutual countries and cultures, THE UNITED KINGDOM WILL FULFILL THAT TASK, AS WILL THE REST OF THE CIVILISED WORLD 1RECC )
Showing respect and the time in another country, speaks tons without words!
As it should be. Service personnel from many countries have given their lives in defence of the freedoms we enjoy. Those service men/women deserve our respect no matter what their nationality may be. KBO.
Just a fantastic tribute to those who gave the final sacrifice!!
RIP whoever you maybe, I hope you can rest in peace 💙

2wWeldone Mr Starmer, long may you keep showing this kind of respect, for it is the military and all our allies who you will ultimately rely on for their selfless service and to defend our great nation. Regardless of the wests goals and the notion that the world wants to live in peace, this come at the price of great sacrifice by brave men and women of the armed forces. You’d do well to remember that when your chairing for those within our borders who seek the opposite. Good luck!
