Had our monthly all-hands meeting last week, and it was great to catch up with the legends on our team. I might start opening those up to those in our Bullpen - our publicly-acknowledged group of folks that we don't have the volume of projects to be able to work with yet. They share their skillsets, and we bring them in when we have projects that align with their strengths. These folks are amazing. Also, they sit on top of the team of 90 that I am always talking about. If that knowledge strikes a "hey, there might be something we could do with that" thought, give me a call. I want to help these folks get paired with great projects/roles - inside Catapult Commercialization Services or not. And while we are figuring out the attributes (like skills, talents, experiences, and interests) of people, we also like to talk to clients about the attributes of their product that set them apart AND are being demanded by their target consumer. The secret to dealing with a toxic coworker: place a coconut on their desk every day for a year; and when they go to tell upper management that there is a random coconut on their desk, remove it before management sees it… making your toxic coworker look like a lunatic. Oga President Mr. Tinubu and associates, please this message is quite different from what the demands of the protesters are saying. Some of the things they are asking for are; 1. You recently increased the electricity bill, that bill should cut down by 80% because there is no power supply anywhere. 2. You recently increased fuel price, that fuel price should be cut down by 80% because the fuel subsidy scam is getting us weak and tired. 3. Sell crude to both NOCs and IOCs in Naira so that everyone will enter market to source for our currency the way we are sourcing for Pounds, Dollars and Euros. This one will help make foreign currencies equivalent to Naira.
