At Nottingham Playhouse we're greatly dependent upon donations, corporate partnerships and funding to keep our important charitable work happening in our many communities. This year we welcome runners in the Robin Hood Half Marathon in aid of one of our most important initiatives, the 50:50 scheme. The 50:50 scheme buys theatre tickets for individuals and groups who would be unable to afford to come to the theatre otherwise. It's been running for over a decade and thousands of local people have had a wonderful experience here thanks to generous donors who "pay it forward" on their tickets.
