𝐘𝐞𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐨𝐮𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐀 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞 Fifty bright, enthusiastic students filled the room, despite the stuffy atmosphere and malfunctioning A/C. What could have been a dull day was instead filled with high energy and engagement, as each participant gave their all-in team activities and presentations.  The debates were particularly striking—not aggressive, but full of thought-provoking and often humorous points. It was inspiring to witness the depth of insight and mutual respect in every discussion.  One moment that stood out was Akshata's heartfelt testimonial: "𝘕𝘰𝘣𝘰𝘥𝘺 𝘮𝘢𝘥𝘦 𝘮𝘦 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 𝘴𝘰 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘩𝘺 𝘰𝘧 𝘮𝘺𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘭𝘢𝘴𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘦𝘦 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘴. The 3 ingredients to making change happen... Celebrating this week's wins, Jules posed the question: “Why aren’t more people making changes in their lives?” Here’s what I think… Too many people think a small, imperfect step is less attractive than a giant leap. They want the end result now, and consequently, they never get started. This goes for life and business. But the truth is that big fixes are few and far between. Instead, it’s more productive to focus on what you can do each day to make your life slightly better. From the moment we decided to pack up and move to Spain, we must have taken 1,000 small, imperfect steps to get here. And our life today is a quantum leap ahead of the day we arrived. By keeping on with those little iterations, things gets better and better. I believe the secret sauce to making change comes down to 3 ingredients: ↳ Clarity (know what you want to change) ↳ Resourcefulness (you have all the resources you'll ever need) ↳ Tenacity (a big enough 'Why' to stay the journey) The key is to make those steps, no matter how small, celebrate the imperfection and keep moving. It was definitely a moment worth celebrating. But here's the catch: celebrating achievements should never lead to complacency.
