ULI Chicago member Will Woodley, VP of Real Estate Development at The Community Builders, recently hosted our Executive Director, Cynthia McSherry, for a tour of their exciting new project at 4715 N. Western Avenue in Lincoln Square. This transformative development is turning an old parking lot into 63 new affordable housing units. Adding to the neighborhood's revitalization, the CTA is also enhancing the Western Avenue Brown Line stop with a $19M modernization investment.
