More than ever , aviation market demand new player as an alternative of this historical duopoly. There is just one company in the world who could be a real candidate to enter into this very competitive market: Embraer They have been showing off great success in developing brand new aircrafts in different segments : executive, commercial and defense aviation. Their capable engineers worked more than 30 million hours in R&D engineering to develop about 7 successful airplanes from 2004 up to 2018. Now , they know how to build cargo millitary plane to compete and win against C130 . Now , they have consolidated Embraer brand into a very competitive and well established executive jet market . By doing that , Embraer decision makers (independent board directors) need to raise equity in order to match a huge capex amount required. The good news is that there are institutional investors around the globe willing to invest in a company with this trackrecord. Embraer made a similar move in 1999, when equity funds were raised to finance the Ejets family . It was a important step in the regional jet market . But Embraer did not challenge the big players . After 24 years with all Embraer great achievements, it wouldn’t be the time to go forward ? Dear board members, approve to bring new equity in and let the best world aeronautical engineers do the job !!!! Suppliers, Airliners , passengers and investors would appreciate this decision. This will bring great value to everyone.

The message I have is the defense acquisition system, which has been producing really ever less in most categories for ever more dollars over the last 30 years. The defense acquisition system does not have to be this bad. And one of the problems is the Defense Department doesn’t use the software and data that all first-class enterprises in the world, whether in the U.S. or abroad, friendly or adversary uses. When it comes to a sinking vehicle call, seconds count. That's why determining a location should never take precedence over providing critical instructions in these situations. Instead, if a location isn't given immediately or doesn't verify, Emergency Dispatchers need to be trained to override or force entry in the CAD, or use a nearby intersection or location so the CAD will let them open ProQA. Time is short and they must get to instructions to get the caller out of the vehicle. Luckily with ProQA, once the application opens you can be at critical instructions in about 10 seconds.
