Key Finding 1. 'Progress is visible - for some.' The Green Park Business Leaders Index 2024 found that Chair, CEO and CFO roles in the FTSE 100 have all experienced an increase in female representation during the period 2013 to 2023. There has also been an increase in overall ethnic minority representation at all levels of seniority for the first time since the analysis began. However, progress is still slow in the leadership pipeline and in certain functions and sectors.
