Interested in seeing where the March 21 E&C hearing on LDT regulation ends up. Dx companies and labs should evaluate whether it's worth responding to the Cassidy RFI. Given the expediated timeline, I find it difficult to believe there is any hope of legislative action before the final LDT rule comes out. But some kind of legislative fix, even within the early months of the rule, could be welcome. It is clear FDA is not going to risk a CRA setback by waiting, though.
