Hey guys! We’re looking for a new team member at our company, Ink Launch - where we help print shops integrate marketing strategies that generate leads and we train them on closing these leads. I’m looking for a client success manager / operations manager to help me with onboarding new clients. It’s a fully remote job. Your job would be to ensure clients are set up for success. You’ll onboard then as soon as they sign on. You’ll give them a call once they officially become our clients. Some other tasks: - you’ll make sure our clients ads are live asap - you’ll watch their metrics to give them guidance -you’ll give them coaching on how to nurture leads and craft awesome offers - you’ll celebrate their wins and do everything to make sure they win If you guys know anyone, let me know. I transitioned into remote sales about 2 months ago… Started off working with a digital marketing agency (a start up). Only sales rep there, no quality leads, started doing the prospecting myself, cold calling my prospects, doing roughly 150+ dials and booking 1-2 appointments a day… none of them converting unfortunately. On the bright side the experience that I got from that was second to none. However, I decided to start exploring different offers out there. Came across another digital marketing agency, well established, solid team, quality leads, team meetings and 1-1 coaching. First week working with them and BOOM 💥 $12,000 PIF. They said they have never seen that happen so early into hiring a new sales rep.
