Ultium Cells in Spring Hill, TN, teamed up with Good Wood Nashville to create unique décor and furniture from salvaged hackberry and oak trees found at our construction site. Good Wood Nashville Founder and CEO Dave Puncochar emphasizes the uniqueness of our relationship. “When Ultium Cells reached out to help them salvage their trees for one of our "Root to Table" projects, we were very excited,” said Puncochar. “We are huge proponents of limiting waste, incorporating natural elements into spaces, and shopping local. Shopping doesn't get more local than this: getting your conference room table, your entry tables, and your wood art accent walls from the property itself! We are proud to repurpose the trees that had to come down to put them back into the new building. We are proud to team with Ultium Cells on this Initiative.” This beautifully crafted table symbolizes a meaningful connection to our past while we actively build for the future.
Wow, the conference table not only serves as a functional piece of furniture but also as a testament to the possibilities of utilizing resources responsibly. It looks fantastic!
