Your brain and skull from the inside: Fun facts about the brain: 1. Mirror neurons are brain cells that activate when we do something or see someone else do it. They help us understand and empathize with others. 2. In REM sleep, your brain is very active and often creates vivid dreams. Dreaming may help with storing memories and managing emotions. 3. Neuroplasticity is the brain's ability to change by creating new connections between neurons. This ability stays with us, helping us learn, heal from injuries, and adjust to new situations.

Here’s the fine print about brain rewiring that nobody seems to be talking about. There are two critical elements. When you go to rewire your brain, most of the time, super positive affirmations and mantras don’t work. The body rejects them because they seem unbelievable. So, the first piece of fine print is that you must rewrite your thoughts to be only a little bit more positive so it actually feels like relief and soothing to your mind and body. The second piece is that just because you do that activity does not mean it will stick. You need to meditate on that and foster and grow these new neurotransmitter pathways and energies in your body. This takes time. If you plant a garden, you would need to water it for a few weeks before the seeds sprout. It’s the same thing.

Brain Rewiring is the combination of shifting limiting beliefs, neuroplasticity, and frequency shifts. Neuroplasticity is the brain’s ability to change neural pathways which allows for new thought patterns to form in the mind. Neurons in the brain are created at a young age, primarily when the subconscious mind is formed from ages 0-7, and forms a long lasting neural pathway. These neural pathways set the tone for how you show up in the world, what thoughts you have, and what beliefs are imprinted in the mind. When your subconscious mind is being formed, your brain acts like a sponge absorbing the environment around you, thus creating neural pathways from what you are picking up. These beliefs are created and imprinted, which can cause you to be stuck in negative pathways without you consciously realizing it. The process of brain rewiring brings the subconscious thoughts to your consciousness so you can release the limiting beliefs and shift your thoughts and vibration according to what you desire. 🌬❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I coach people who are searching to find their inner power and guide them towards transformation. Neuro Coach | Speaker | BrainChanger
Mind Over Brain was created in these specific times to show people how to regain their power and free themselves from the shackles of despair. For those interested and curious, the new logo has greater meaning than the simplistic appearance. The green symbolizes the healing and rebalancing of the mind. The indigo colour symbolizes the frequency spectrum of a holistic brain. In this new world that we’re gradually entering, these foreign words and concepts will become common place. Holistic sciences and new breakthrough discoveries will lift the veil of scepticism. We live in tremendous times of change and our greatest asset is our mind and how we use it. We don’t have to be victims of circumstance. By using our mind in a beneficial way we can begin to restructure our brains. And thus deconstruct harmful patterns and neuro pathways in the brain. This is not a magic pill or overnight thing. It takes time to rewire and remodel our brain’s functioning. But with time, consistency and practice we can begin to change our brains to find lasting happiness, success and fulfillment. We hear a lot about habits and human performance now days, but very seldom do we hear about why and how it takes 30-60 days to form a habit. If you’re reading this you probably have a good idea of the why and how. It’s because of the neuro plastic nature of the brain to rewire and restructure itself. If you guessed correctly, amazing! You’re ahead of the curve. What’s incredible to me is the advancement of technologies, especially, EEGs and fMRIs. They are showing like never before, the inner workings of the brain and how the mind influences its patterning and activity, in real time!! Since my catastrophic brain injury, I’ve been experimenting and trying new ways to find healing and inner peace. And finally I can say, without doubt, that my conviction was right; it is our state of mind that alters the brain’s functioning. This brings me much confidence for the future of humanity. We don’t have to be victims of circumstance. If we have the ability to change our minds, we can change our brains. And thus change our lives. Follow me and/or sign up to Mind Over Brain’s newsletter for some brain changing insights. This is just the beginning, great things are coming! If you’d like me to speak with your org and empower them with practical knowledge and experience, please reach out.

Luxury Mind Designer | Make Your Life More Valuable | What If You Change Your Thinking To Impact Your Wealth, Health and Happiness? Freedom To Dare.
Historically, scientists believed that the brain stopped growing after childhood. We now know that our brain has neuroplasticity. Even though many of your thoughts and actions are repeated each day, you can change, if you decide you want to do so. Your brain has the capacity to continue growing and evolving throughout your life. Neuroplasticity is the ability for the brain to adapt or change over time, by creating new neurons and building new networks and reorganising itself. Imagine being able to choose your reactions to events and your new actions towards your desired lifestyle. This is bespoke to what you seek. Imagine you woke up one morning and noticed that things felt different. A fresh feeling of new possibilities. Through practice you don’t return to the old, worn ways. You then started showing up differently in the world. A luxury available to all, although few will grasp its strength.

🧠 Interesting fact: Our brain shapes our life! Often we think that our behaviour is determined by external circumstances. But in reality, it is our brain that determines how we react to the world around us. Every time we change our thoughts, habits, or behaviour, we create new neural connections in the brain. This process is called neuroplasticity. Imagine our brain as an incredibly complex network of roads. Each new thought or habit creates a new path in this network. And the more we think about this thought or perform this habit, the stronger this path becomes. Thus, our brain is shaped by our behaviour and thoughts. It determines how we see the world around us and how we interact with it. 🌟 #Neuroplasticity #PositiveThoughts #brain
