This strategic decision yielded higher returns for Proximus NXT 📈 Here's what they did 👇 Two years ago, Proximus NXT implemented a new way of working for their Sales Leadership. They chose to split up Business Development and People Development, and have different managers for each expertise - one focusing on accelerating sales and hitting targets, the other on supporting people and how they work ⚖️ Now, sales teams are equally supported and challenged, resulting in higher returns and happier teams.
