I’ve been thinking about how #AI is going to reshape the #CRM landscape. And here are three key areas I see it making a big impact in the near future. 1️⃣: Sales Enablement. AI will help Sales teams focus on the best leads. Imagine AI guiding sales agents on what to say to close deals faster. This will boost sales efficiency and also the confidence of the salesperson. 2️⃣: AI Agents With platforms like Salesforce's "AgentForce," AI-powered virtual agents will handle specific tasks and provide quick, accurate information. This will not only improve customer service but also help internal teams work more efficiently. 3️⃣: Advanced Automation for Personalisation AI has already taken automation in CRM to the next level.
