We had a record month in January, which has to be a sign that things are getting better. Every time a bit of bad news comes through, don’t let it convince you things are all doom and gloom. There are companies being brave and hand picking the best talent on the market, with less competition. Building a relationship with a headhunter and growing your network is always a good move, especially in markets like this.
