As we are still in February, we look back to Valentine's Day and how we celebrated it in our shopping centers! 💕 Westfield Mokotów created a scenery straight out of Las Vegas 🎰🌃! From 12th to 14th of February there were multiple activities waiting for customers such as very instagrammable pink Cadillac with a Las Vegas background, a chance to draw a ring from the ring machine and a popcorn and cotton candy sampling served by hostesses on roller skates 🛼. The event was topped with pro-sale activation that awarded clients with movie tickets, gift cards and milkshakes for the purchases above 100 zł. At Westfield Arkadia during two days of the event, we encouraged clients to celebrate love! Our customers who made a purchase between 13th and 14th of February could collect the special gifts: gift cards or cinema tickets. Additionally, we have organized an Instagram Challenge that was nothing else but an exciting field game in the mall! The six gifts (“Love Tickets”🎟️💗) were hidden in the center in various places, but our wonderful customers managed to find them all in only 2 hours. The game took place in collaboration with 6 tenants: Lush, Sweet Factory Store, Cinema City, Wyjątkowy Prezent, Dubai Ice Cream Coffee and Azia Restaurants. The Valentine’s Day event in Wroclavia took place from 14th to 17th of February. Inspired by the French ways to celebrate love, we created a dedicated romantic Mon Cheri zone 🍒 that was situated in the Grand Plaza. Customers who presented a receipt worth min. 200 zł could get a gift card worth 50 zł and especially for our loyalty members we prepared branded gifts in the form of cherry candles🕯, posters and special pins. There was no way to leave the center not feeling the love vibe! The results? Over 3 000 people participated in our Valentine's Day attractions, 1 400 new members signed up to our loyalty club, 1 380 gifts were distributed, and the event Net Promoter Score was equal to 97. Thanks to our customers we really felt that love has many faces! 🫶🏻
