What an insightful day at the recent National Association of State 911 Administrators (NASNA) Meeting in Denver, where federal cybersecurity leaders from Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (Billy Bob Brown, Jr.., Karima Holmes, MPA) and private-sector experts from Exacom, Inc./SecuLore (Al Brisard), Merlin Cyber (Monique Miller), and Mission Critical Partners (John Chiaramonte) came together for a collaborative panel discussion. The conversation focused on the growing cyber threats facing our public safety organizations, and the critical need for collaboration between public and private sectors. Together, we reaffirmed our commitment to accelerate the adoption of cybersecurity strategies industrywide and reinforce our missions to safeguard our essential public safety systems. #Cybersecurity is a shared responsibility, and only through collaboration can we effectively defend against the rising tide of #cyberattacks.

In the face of an ever-expanding array of #cyberthreats, organizations must adopt a multi-faceted approach to #cybersecurity. External and internal #penetrationtesting form essential components of this strategy, offering complementary perspectives on the strengths and weaknesses of an #organization's #cyberdefenses. By conducting both external and internal penetration tests regularly, organizations can identify vulnerabilities across their entire attack surface, from the outermost ramparts to the innermost chambers. Armed with these insights, they can fortify their #digital fortress, erecting barriers that deter even the most determined adversaries. In the relentless arms race of #cybersecurity, #vigilance and #proactivity are paramount – and #pentesting stands as a stalwart guardian in the #defense of the digital realm.

Dear Natalia Oropeza, thanks for promoting the Charter of Trust (CoT). A great article highlighting the severe impact of cyberattacks and the importance of cybersecurity. Cooperation among companies and government agencies is the key to mastering the cybersecurity challenges of today and tomorrow … together! That is why we as Infineon and I personally are also proud members of the Charter of Trust. Our joint active engagement reflects our dedication to advancing cybersecurity. Together, let's build a safer digital future. #infineon #cybersecurity #charteroftrust
Excellent to see our Chairperson, Natalia Oropeza, discussing the important work of the Charter of Trust in this weekend’s Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung. Cyber threats present significant challenges to businesses, but “cyberattacks don't stop at the gates of companies" and can impact on the public sector and critical infrastructure. Big problems require big solutions. Solutions which can only be realised through collaboration and the constant pooling of expertise from across the globe. Pragmatic cooperation and efforts to raise the importance of ever-more sophisticated cyber threats in every sector are fundamental to securing a safer digital future. #cyberrisk #cybersecurity
