Dr. Wild Boars MBBS, MD, DM has been appointed as Chief Medical Officer at the Konni Medical College. He has rich exposure in the wilderness and the speed is amazing and can be compared to the High-speed Rail and can be deputed to other areas where facilities are being created from the tax payers' money and like legal terrorisms in India, the fear can be created to administer properly and also to ensure Human Rights and Civil Rights for a cultured society. His administration is like P.H.Kurian IAS and can be used to eradicate the number of patients in the hospital to ensure illnesses free society in Kerala through the exposing of statistical sampling of turnout of patients and help to manage entire hospitals with very limited number of staff as Dr. Wild Boars MBBS MD DM is expert in destructive surgical operations with nil cost for the Government and only those who can understand the strategic vision of the Government can recognise the same. Election Commission may not object the same as it may not violate the code of conduct. It may assure at least one lakh votes majority of the Congress candidate in the Pathanamthitta Constituency. The impacts of the best legal enactments of the Congress for the nation, the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972. If we select Congress MPs,we can see such things in our schools and colleges, churches, and even in our house very shortly as the legal wisdom of the Congress fellow men are very.wise. Veterinary Human Factors Advocate with focus on human skills, wellbeing and culture. Collaborator, advocate, podcaster | European Specialist in Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging
Have you ever been told that you care ‘too much’? It has certainly happened to me. In the veterinary profession, we are also often reminded of the high risk of ‘compassion fatigue’. But what does the evidence say? Interestingly, it shows something quite different - at least in human healthcare; the work of Stephen Trzeciak, MD as well as the UK-based The King's Fund shows that compassion has in fact a large number of benefits, ranging from better patient outcome over better team performance to greater mental health ,including lower burnout rates, of healthcare workers (links in the comments). So it turns out that compassion is not the issue. At the last Veterinary Human Factors Conference, Jenny Guyat gave one of the best talks on the misnamed compassion fatigue that I have ever listened to. In her presentation, she explained how it is not compassion which fatigues, but rather a certain aspect of empathy in which we emotionally resonate and identify with the other person. So it is more correct to talk about 'empathy fatigue' or 'empathic distress'. While compassion includes aspects of empathy, this happens without close identification with the other person, and importantly it includes the genuine intention to help. So, to some degree, it could be said that caring is an art. And Buddhist traditions have even cultivated the art of caring to a fine art. This is sadly not so much the case in our modern society and by extension in our professional lives. However, modern psychology and neuroscience have been confirming what Buddhists have known for over 2 millennia: that compassion and care is good for us as long as practiced with wisdom, an understanding that we cannot fix everything and everyone, and as long as we direct the compassion to ourselves as well as to others. What makes compassion so effective? There are many ways to explain it and I am by no means an expert. But to me, a lot comes down to the fact that it helps us not feeling alone when we are going through a difficult time, and being met with friendliness and kindness when experiencing physical or emotional discomfort or pain. Of course, sometimes we can be the cause of our own discomfort. We can engage in intense internal criticism and blame, sometimes out of the well-intentioned but unhelpful belief that this makes us a 'better' person or veterinary professional. However, science shows us here as well that caring for ourselves is a much more helpful strategy as Dan Harris explains in a wonderful (and funny!) TED talk, link also in the comments. What about doing 'don't not caring' more often? Do you agree that it can transform our lives? ___________________________ P.S.: I continue to love Ted Lasso and will continue to share quotes from the show, which so beautifully captures the themes of compassion, psychological safety and vulnerability. #veterinaryprofessionals #veterinarylife #veterinaryspecialists #compassionateleadership #vhfc2024 #ignitingchange VetLed

After many years of working in hospitals as well as in the cruise industry, Dr. Med. Jens Tülsner founded Marine Medical Solutions in 2017. Now a member of OneCare Group, we chat to him about the company’s vision and goals. 🔷 What inspired you to pursue medicine? As a lifeguard on lakes and the Baltic Sea, I received advanced first aid training and enjoyed it. My parents suggested studying medicine, which was a great fit for me. 🔷How did you get into the marine industry? After a 20-year hospital career, I became Medical Director at AIDA Cruises, returning to my hometown of Rostock. This new role brought many challenges and learning opportunities, for which I’m grateful. 🔷What is the vision behind Marine Medical Solutions? Our vision is to ensure equal access to medical care for people at sea, including seafarers and cruise passengers. We aim to improve health, education, and technology access. 🔷How important is company culture to you? Very important. Work should be fun, challenging, and purposeful. We make decisions together, respect and trust each other, and rely on each other's strengths. 🔷What interests you about the company's future? Two main aspects: Adapting fast-moving medical technologies to the maritime industry for better diagnostics and therapy, while managing costs. Growing our small, effective team while maintaining closeness, familiarity, and effectiveness. 🔷Please share one health tip everyone should always keep in mind. ‘Happiness is a choice’, so choose the light side, the half-full glass instead of the half-empty one - this boosts the immune system, makes you more socially competent, and if you add to this a sufficient amount of healthy living, then nobody is protected from misfortune and illness, but you will live better and certainly longer. 🌐 https://lnkd.in/dC4h_Nbh #MarineMedicalSolutions #MMS #Shipping #MedicalCare #Maritime #Consulting #Education #MedicalCareAtSea #Worldwide #Expertise #Excellent #Trusted #Ship #Solutions #MedicalExperts #MedicalServices
