Great book on this topic called “The Compound Effect” by Darren Hardy. The book explores the idea that small, consistent actions can lead to significant results over time. It emphasizes the importance of making deliberate choices and developing positive habits, showcasing how incremental improvements can create exponential growth in various areas of life. We must all take responsibility for our decisions and harness the power of compounding in our personal and professional lives. #TheCompoundEffect

Still boiling with energy and ideas taking form in the coming months and years, I feel the gratitude for all people that made the best event I have ever attended: AIREA Global in Madrid from 15. - 17.4.2024. From a producers perspective these are what I learned during the week: 👉 The whole process from start to finish created a beautiful feeling of inviting us to understand and create understanding together. A lot of pictures and material was used to make it easy to feel safe and knowing what to do. 👉 The event was both in Spanish and English and translators and translators + technology was used to make understanding and conversations happen. Many people said that the event allowed to become more aware of languages and created opportunities to learn languages. 👉 Many creative ways were used (like freeing people from their "work-self" or professional roles) to be able to be connected with others in equal ways. For me the opportunity to link and get to know people from Europe and North-America with old and new friends I met in person for the first time was great for creating small beginnings possible. In every way physical and cognitive inclusiveness was thought of. 👉 Theory U works! In short time we could create first steps forward with our authentic teams offering opportunities for other people to join and contribute. The most work will done in the coming months and we need to build before-during-after actions to foster sustainability to the emerging capacity in our community. But the steps forward did not come from thin air and was linked with reality with extra ideas and people linked with our actions. 👉 Art and creativity were used in meaningful ways to create understanding, belonging and focus/widening when it was needed. It was not an add on but an essential part of AIREA. I took my first steps in facilitating a singing collective not only by me, but with the help and support of so many people. We sang the anthemic "People have the power" song by Patti Smith - unforgetable moment! 👉 The production skills of the AIREA Global team were so good that I would like to see them offering these skills to Citizen Network members everywhere. I bet there are a lot of skills and talent in our networks - I wonder how we create a peer network around producing change/transformation? Forming the skills necessary to build the global collectives and sustainable social and functional ecosystems for challenging decades is a task that might be crucial to our survival as people. I feel very fortunate to have experienced AIREA! ⁉ How to make AIREA available in your neighbourhood? ⁉ How to create a model that is both transferable and modifiable? ⁉ How to share learning related with the production with people wanting to do the same? ⁉ How to link AIREAs and the people together? ⁉ How to support people and action before-during-after the events? ⁉ How to make the events and action more inclusive? ⁉ How to make AIREAs sustainable and scalable?

Time allows us to pursue our passions and spend moments with loved ones. Health enables us to enjoy life fully. Good company brings joy and support, enhancing our experiences. A peaceful mind provides inner harmony and resilience against stress. Lastly, the freedom to choose our path in life empowers us to live authentically and meaningfully. Together, these aspects form the essence of a fulfilling and luxurious life.
