There are truly no rules to charcuterie boards. But if you want a solid variety, we recommend pairing the sweet with the salty. Balance spicy with cooling flavors. While all items should be accessible to all enjoying the offerings, the placement on a board isn’t crucial. The bottom line is simply to include a variety of snacks to please many palettes. You really can’t go wrong with a classic charcuterie board for your next get together (like for the Big Game coming up soon)! If you’ve never made a charcuterie board, here are a few tips: Start with cheese, and choose a variety of flavor profiles and textures. Add your meats - we’re big fans of cured Italian meats like salami and pepperoni, but thinly sliced deli meats work well too! Fill in with accoutrements like olives, nuts, berries or pickled veggies. Finally, add some crunchy carbs like crackers, pretzels or toasted bread, and you’re set!

CHARCUTERIE | is the art of preparing and assembling cured meats, originating from French culinary tradition. It primarily involves meats like ham, sausages, pâté, and terrines, which are preserved through methods such as salting, smoking, or curing. Traditionally, charcuterie was developed as a way to extend the shelf life of meat, particularly pork. Nowadays, charcuterie is often presented as a charcuterie board, a popular appetizer or snack platter featuring an assortment of cured meats, cheeses, bread, crackers, fruits, nuts, and sometimes spreads like mustard or jams. It's a versatile and visually appealing way to serve food for gatherings or special occasions. #smokedmeat #curedmeat #dryaged #nuts #honey #quinoa

Sandwich shops have figured out something that all small business owners should pay attention to. They don't list out all the possible ingredients and tell you to create your own sandwich. They also don't list out every possible sandwich they could make. Nope. They have a menu board with specific sandwiches. Even though, you can totally customize any option by taking away or adding anything - meats, cheeses, sauces, or veggies. From a psychological perspective, it means making fewer decisions. You can envision the final sandwich, even if you don't want the olives. Here's the lesson. You're doing your customer a huge favor when you figure out how to package up your services in convenient ways. Give a limited number of options. Even if your product can be used a million ways. And even if you're an OT who can address a bazillion issues. What feels generous by covering all possible solutions, services, programs, and customized options on your website, ends up feeling overwhelming. So put out some good sandwiches *I mean offers* on the menu board of your website. Some people might buy as they are or ask about custom solutions that are close cousins to what you suggested. Do you need help with figuring out how to streamline your website so it offers a clear menu of your services? Reach out and let's chat! #websitecopywriter #healthcaremarketing #privatepractice #medicalcopywriter

IBEX uses speed and precision when toasting sandwiches, setting itself apart from the usual speed oven. Breads are toasted, not chewy. The meats are hot but not overcooked. Cheeses are melted, and veggies are still tender— all because of the innovative technology in IBEX.

Top Tip Tuesday: leftover hard cheese from Christmas? 🧀 Grate it and freeze it for another time. This works for vegan hard cheese too. Place in small tuperware or reuseable bags and then use as needed in sauces, toppings, pizza wraps, cauilflower cheese etc #zerowaste #toptip
