Freelance Job Opening at UNISTELLAR: Customer Care Representative - part-time UNISTELLAR is seeking a Freelance Customer Care Representative to join our Customer Care team. This remote role requires 8 to 12 hours per week, spread over 2 to 3 half days. As an experienced Customer Care Representative, you will provide support and assistance to our premium customers, ensuring their satisfaction and enhancing their overall experience. Your day-to-day tasks will include resolving customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining a high level of customer service. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service and support. Resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues. Ensure customer satisfaction and enhance their overall experience. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions. Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes. Qualifications: Excellent customer service and support skills. Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Extended experience in handling customer inquiries and providing effective solutions. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team. Knowledge in Zendesk. Experience in the astronomy or scientific field is a plus. Native English speaker or similar; fluency in French is a plus and proficiency in Japanese is a huge plus. Location: USA (preferred) or EU.
