Flying into the UK this year? Make sure you have advance permission to enter. Starting January 8, the UK government will require American citizens flying into England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland to apply in advance for an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA), even for layovers. The application can take up to 72 hours to process, so make sure you plan ahead. Learn more about the new requirements: uafly.co/41U0Ip2

Thanks for the update.

Great reminder to plan ahead!

Hmm will be interesting to see how this impacts travel through and into the UK.

and next will be European Union might be happening in May 2025. Was delay from last year might happen this year. I tell my customer always be prepare for changes when it comes to travel. People have to remember that countries can change rules at anytime. I think Belize and Thailand might have a ETA soon.
