Tetrabutylammonium bromide is a commonly used fire retardant. In powder coatings, tetrabutylammonium bromide mainly plays a role in fire prevention and flame retardancy, which can effectively enhance the fire resistance and flame retardancy of coatings, improve the safety and reliability of coatings. Due to its excellent flame retardancy and stability, tetrabutylammonium bromide has been widely used in various powder coatings. Especially for coatings used under high temperature conditions, efficient flame retardants such as tetrabutylammonium bromide are needed to improve their safety and stability.

Fire sprinkler systems can develop leaks, even dry ones! The culprit? Corrosion is caused by a combination of factors: 🔩 Metal pipes + 💧 moisture/oxygen = electrochemical & galvanic corrosion. 🦠 Bacteria in the water supply speed up corrosion (microbiologically influenced corrosion - MIC). These leaks can reduce water flow and compromise fire protection. Regular inspections and corrosion analysis are crucial! 🔍 #FireSafety #SprinklerSystems #FoxValleyFire #FVFS https://shorturl.at/bHY07

Watching aerosols and other pressurized containers ignite during a fire is one of the more wild things I have seen. If you or your tenants have this exposure in your facility, take the time to check out the link below to learn more about the risk mitigation strategies. #Explosions #AerosolProjectiles

Dry fire sprinkler systems are prone to internal corrosion, leading to pinhole leaks, obstructions, and costly repairs. But fear not! Introducing and maintaining 98% pure nitrogen in the system effectively arrests corrosion. Our partners at South-Tek Systems offer the N2-Blast Corrosion Inhibiting System, generating pure nitrogen to displace oxygen and moisture, preventing corrosion and freeze-ups. Don't let corrosion compromise your safety – invest in prevention today! 💪🚒 #FireSafety #CorrosionPrevention #StaySecure
