United Living Group’s Post

Last week, our COO, Luke Anderson, hosted his first 'Breakfast Session', a new initiative aimed at getting to know colleagues from different departments and learning more about the people who make up the heart of UL. During the session, the group discussed a range of topics, including personal career journeys, health & safety, SHEQ, and the performance of our systems and technology. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect, share ideas, and learn more about each other’s work. This will be an ongoing initiative, held every quarter, offering a platform for open dialogue, collaboration, and continued learning across the business. The nominees for January’s session were:   caitlin bennett – Connected Ryan Coleman - Infrastructure Services Ricci W. – Property Services Charlie Bishop - Property Services Ryan Worsley – New Homes (single) Ryan Oakley – New Homes (multi) We look forward to the next session and the opportunity to continue building strong relationships within our team. #Leadership #EmployeeEngagement #BusinessCulture #CareerJourneys #HealthAndSafety #SHEQ #Collaboration #Innovation #UnitedLiving

A great show of visible leadership👏

good idea, great way of getting to know people

well done UL and Luke Anderson. I think the key here is that diversity of thoughts, experience and perspectives that people have in different business units helps provide key insights and solutions! That and who doesn't like a good breakfast!
