Leeds is changing with lots of new developments coming forward

The consultation phase for 33 storey co-living development in the city centre has commenced. The proposed Custom House Street project is being developed by Watkin Jones, the UK’s leading developer and manager of residential properties for rent. PLANNING SUCCESS. Ellis And Partners have secured permission for a 32 room (mix of single, double and studios) Student Halls of Residence in Bournemouth Town Centre (2nd one this year). On this application waste collection, cycle storage & Daylighting were all parts of the scheme initially rejected by the council. However, as per usual, our in house team were able to offer robust evidence based justifications as to why the application should ultimately be approved without any changes to the layout. The scheme retains all the ground floor retail, and other major commercial elements of the building ensuring the Town Centre remains diverse and viable.

Keyland recently sold its interests in Templegate Developments Ltd to joint venture partner EVANS PROPERTY GROUP for an undisclosed sum.   TEMPLEGATE DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED is the company behind Skelton Gate, a 170-acre former open-cast colliery site to the east of Junction 45 of the M1.   Skelton Gate is being developed and built using key principles of sustainable development whilst delivering a residentially led mixed-use scheme of high quality and design. To date, the partnership of Evans and Keyland has secured planning permission for Phases 1 and 2, which includes up to 1,100 homes, a new school, public open space, a local centre and a food store. An application is currently running for Phase 3, which will provide an additional 700 homes and infrastructure. This includes moving stairs, taking out walls that are not load bearing along with moving stairs all under the auspices of building regs with full inspections. We have fire assessments on all properties in order to protect our tenants and ourselves. This Professional HMOs in Greater Manchester we made our proforma on rents on the lowside of 600 a room for ensuites. We have seen many of them on Spareroom.co.uk range from a low of 600 up to 750. With the rents of 600 we will be on a gross basis of 16-17% cash on cash without leverage. Our model is to source, refurb, tenant and then sell on.
