☀️☕️🗞️ Good Morning! Promising 🗳️ News! Yesterday, Introduced in House (05/07/2024) Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act or the SAVE Act, H.R. 8281, was passed moving on to the Senate. This bill requires individuals to provide documentary proof of U.S. citizenship in order to register to vote in federal elections. Specifically, the bill prohibits states from accepting and processing an application to register to vote in a federal election unless the applicant presents documentary proof of U.S. citizenship. However, I will never understand why currently Washington D.C., parts of California, Maryland, Vermont and others allow noncitizens to vote in their local municipal elections. Hopefully, this will eventually change to US Citizens voting only. Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Louisiana, North Dakota, Ohio have prohibited noncitizen voting. Then there are other states that could allow for noncitizens to vote. The ballotpedia link attached lays the noncitizen voting info state by state.

The Biden-Harris DOJ filed a lawsuit last Friday against the State of Virginia, the Virginia State Board of Elections, and the Virginia Commissioner of Elections over the state’s enforcement of a 2006 law that removes non-citizens from its voter lists. This affects 6,303 ineligible voter names on Virginia's voter rolls. Per the Breitbart article below: "The DOJ’s lawsuit comes after Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin (R) issued an Executive Order in August, which required “all registrars” to “cancel the registrations of non-citizens who have registered to vote in a local, state, or federal election by falsely claiming that they are a citizen, including the forging of documentation or any other means of improper registration.” "In Youngkin’s announcement of the Executive Order, he revealed that roughly “79,867 deceased voters” had been removed from voter lists in 2023, and that roughly “6,303 non-citizens” had been taken off of voter lists between January 2022 and July 2024." The Dems purpose of allowing such large numbers of Illegal Immigrants into the US was simply to change the demographics of the country. allowing more people in to the country, they thought, would create a favorable outlook and support for the party that gave them such free and generous entrance to the great US. imagine, another 10 or more voters voting for the Democratic party. THIS is why they granted them Voting rights where they could. Not only illegal immigrants. The DOJ and the administration is suing states to not be allowed to update their voting rolls. Dead people still registered? NP. Non-citizens on the rolls? NP. Early elections ballots favoring Trump? NP. we'll invalidate them by burning them. need the registered voter lists from Homeland Security? sorry, we can't (really won't) give it to you even though we're obligated to do so. Etc. When I think that I have seen it all, Biden and his leftist Democrats continue slapping my face with their "brilliant" ideas from desperate heads to harvest votes and keep themselves in power. At the bottom of this link is an option to act, electronically signing and sending a pre-redacted request to the legislators to help stop the federal election takeover through the Bidenbucks. Just to clarify, Bidenbucks is a courtesy of the taxpayers. This is the letter to your legislators that you would be signing if you wish to participate: "I am calling on every elected official to launch an immediate investigation into Biden’s Executive Order 14019 ‘On Promoting Access to Voting’. I am calling on every elected official to demand all FOIA requests related to EO 14019 be immediately released by the Justice Department and other government agencies. I am calling for every elected official to guarantee full oversight and transparency is provided by the Biden Administration on activities being funded and conducted in our state through the 600 Federal Agencies that, otherwise, should have NOTHING to do with our elections. This EO violates the Hatch Act, Antideficiency Act, and Administrative Procedure allowing partisan, politically weaponized federal takeover of our state elections! I am calling on every elected official to immediately pass legislation to prevent federal interference in our state elections and file lawsuits to block the Biden Administrations attempt to use taxpayer funded agencies to compromise the integrity and security of our state’s elections. I am calling on Congress to include language in the FY 2024 appropriations bills that prohibits the use of any federal dollars, personnel, or resources from being used to implement Executive Order 14019, or for any purposes related to programs, activities, and projects pursuant to that Executive Order to stop the funding of the illegal use of taxpayer dollars for political campaign activities, including but not limited to the White House’s distribution of federal grants to unknown nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) approved solely by the partisan political operatives in the Biden White House. The use of federal tax dollars to fund political activities by federal agencies and grants to undisclosed, partisan leftist organizations engaged in political campaign activities is unconstitutional, illegal, and must be stopped. Congress must exercise the power of the purse to ensure that federal agencies engage solely in their statutory missions as directed by Congress and that the ultra vires activities dictated by the unlawful Executive Order 14019 must not be allowed to continue."

Its time to tell the DOJ that they risk arrest and imprisonment if any of their local staff interfere with the fair election process in any state. Understand what the DOJ is opposing is this, "After being sworn into office in January, Alabama Secretary of State Wes Allen got to work to identify and remove 3,251 individuals who are registered to vote in Alabama who have been issued noncitizen identification numbers by the Department of Homeland Security." How do you expect people to believe you are working to support fair elections when you sue states that remove people from the registered voter files that cannot legally vote? Do not surrendered one inch. Stay strong, stay free You have to vote and vote early. Vote policies, not party ... or hate, or division, or conspiracy theories.

It's important to note that making false claims about noncitizen voting can negatively impact citizens' participation in elections and engagement in politics. This is a two-edged sword. In the short term, it can cause many to support politicians who use these claims as partisan narratives. However, in the long run, it may lead to a sense of hopelessness and disillusionment with the system, which can further demobilize predominantly Republican voters who believe in such claims. Such long-term consequences can be harmful to the health of the U.S. democracy and the trust of people in the fairness of the elections. Republicans who are rallying behind Trump are betting on the short-term edge of this sword to win in 2024.

The USA research on the Michigan 2022 general election. 47,805 illegal addresses, 2 voters younger than 16 and older than 115, 444 voters with back-dated registrations, 506 illegal duplicates, 226,928 votes that were altered post-certification, 92,078 vote histories added late and/or deleted within 5 years, 3,646 voter histories that were moved to a new voter ID, 10 double votes, 630 vote histories removed but still active, 1,582 missing absentee voters on the Nov 14, 2022, Absentee Ballot Tracking Report, 2,995 voters with invalid status, 540 missing votes and 1,984 invalid names.
