This is new. LinkedIn is limiting volume of contributions. My average is 3-4 contributions a week. Tested how far posting more than that takes me and hit a wall. If you want to succeed faster on LinkedIn, join a community. The above statement can not be overemphasized. Yesterday during an audio event hosted by Coach Bee and The Champions Community, all the guests said something positive about how joining a community changed the game for them. From Sodunke Toyin Abimbola @ezu Janice Blessing Ododo Coach Bee gave kudos to Omobabinrin as the person who brought her to LinkedIn and nurtured her till she became who she is today. I am also a living proof. When I came back on LinkedIn and was lost, the L!nkPros community, co-founded by Abraham and Boluwatife came to my rescue. Just imagine learning from Mr. Consistency and the Eagle-Eyed Copyeditor, nothing can stop you except you. I also joined The Champions Community founded by Coach Bee. Another community of great people. We even had a physical hangout, it was awe-mazing. The love, care, support, events, connections, and discoveries you would benefit by joining a community are so much. I can not mention it all. Stop trying to figure things out on your own. Sometimes it's frustrating. Even the top 1% have a community that supports them in their trying times because sometimes things can be overwhelming. So my candid advice to newbies and anyone struggling on LinkedIn is to join a community of like minds. There are so many communities here in your niche that will show you how to get things done. Build a relationship, have an accountability partner, support people selflessly, and watch how far and fast you grow in a short time. And once you are in community don't be a ghost member. Always show up. Be relevant. Participate. Let them know you are there. This is very important. Share your experience in the comment section about how joining a community helped you grow.
