“Everyone is a leader” is one of the most important concepts to accept. If I believe this, I will also understand that leadership is a skill which can be developed as not all of us are at the same level at first. It will depend on me to improve this skill for myself and help others also to do the same. This will get us to the stage that we trust each other and let everyone do their job with full ownership of the methods and results. Our colleagues at Echelon Front call it “Decentralised command”. It seems easy, but needs a lot of training and preparation to make sure everyone is ready to lead. It’s on me to find the balance on how much and when to support others. Every small text, information or like the video below can help you a small step forward and give you a new idea. So keep an open mind, learn, lead and win! #extremeownership #leadership #combatready

Food for thoughts! 1. A leader could be a bottleneck in an organizations 2. Labels like tittles educational background or expertizes could decrease opportunities to speed the organizations with new ideas and growth thinking out of the box 3. Share information and create open and transparent space 4. Be kind, dont pretent to be, dont share blame and not shine Diversification, integration, influence and genuine kindness is the key for an organization evolution and sucess.

When asked who’s the leader!? Get everyone to put up their hand, as a network we are far more effective! Like, when you are fishing, best to use a net as this is a more prolific way to fish. Look at the structure of a net, it’s completely interlinked with no hierarchy. Each link has the opportunity to be part of a full collective entity which creates superior outcomes, practically without limits.
