As a Member of United Healthcare and someone fighting a chronic illness, My Question to You is: Why would your company use an Incompetent Pharmacy supplier like Optum RX to handle your medication supplies? 4 out of 5 times Optum has Not been able to fill My Prescriptions for My Oxycodone 30 mg tablets!  Last year I was with straight Medicare and the Pharmacy supplier was Express Scripts and they were Never unable to fill My prescriptions! Only since I've been with United Healthcare January 1st, 2024 have I had to Suffer in PAIN because of the Incompetence of Optum RX and United Healthcare! I am sure that I am Not the only Member having to deal with this Gross Inconvenience! It's Not Right and Needs to Be Addressed Immediately! I will be contacting Congress and President Biden about your company.
