In 1968, Engelbart delivered what’s famously known as the “Mother of All Demos” – and it was exactly that: a single, mind-blowing presentation that showcased tools and ideas many thought belonged to sci-fi. But they didn’t stay science fiction. From the mouse 🖱️ to graphical user interfaces (GUIs), from video conferencing 📹 to hypertext – Engelbart gave the world its first glimpse of the digital future. How can you bring more energy into your conference room? Provide a backdrop to spark lively discussions? Explain concepts to an audience? Convey a sense of creativity and innovation... One of our favourite projects this year has been creating dynamic videos which set the scene for inspirational keynote speakers at DTW Ignite 24 in Copenhagen. TM Forum's global industry summit took place last month, providing the opportunity for telco and tech leaders to future-proof their AI-Native journey. Smart Digital produced and edited two vibrant videos which reflected and enhanced the event’s bold, energetic vision for a connected world. Across three days, thousands of delegates gathered at the Bella Center to tackle the industry’s most pressing challenges head-on with the common goal to drive growth and find new purpose in the AI era. Conference sessions featured speakers from global communication service providers, hyperscalers, software vendors and systems integrators. The videos opened the sessions for DTW Ignite’s keynote speakers: tech leaders who are shaping the future within the sector through interoperability, innovation and bravery. Bold visuals helped bring attention and focus to the event’s goal of reimaging the industry’s purpose through collaboration and co-innovation.
