Meet Morgan, who started her UOTM journey in 2022 as a Merchandise Associate at CityWalk’s Universal Studios Store. Now, Morgan is working as a Merchandise Area Trainer at the newly opened Universal Epic Universe Preview Center, meaning she spends her days building Guests’ excitement for the new park. “It was so much fun to help open the Preview Center and learn about what’s to come at Epic Universe. I still get excited every time I come into work. I just stand in the store sometimes and think, ‘Wow, I’m a part of something really cool,’” says Morgan. Epic opportunities await. In celebration of the #ParisOlympics, Chef Scott and team at NBC Sports Grill & Brew are serving up a unique American twist on a few classic French dishes, including this Croque Madame! 🇫🇷🍽️ "With the Olympics in Paris this year, we wanted to focus on French cuisine but put an American flair on it. One item in particular is the Croque Madame. We gave it an American twist by adding Country Ham and Country Gravy that is very common in the South," says Chef Scott. Universal Orlando's culture of creativity and teamwork shines through in every dish. "Universal really puts the Team Member experience and well-being first. Here, the sky is the limit if you are willing to put in the time and effort needed to succeed," Chef Scott shares. In fact, the entrance of the Administration Building is referred to as the "Team Portal," a nod to the World portals in Epic Universe. It will also be home to services like Wardrobe, AskHR Services, TeamCare, U-Stop and ID Processing. While the finishing touches are still being put on many spaces in the Administration Building, we're looking forward to seeing our Team Members enjoying these areas in the future.
