Hi my name is Tawana Ranger Ratana and 3rd AD on the Wolf man and this is my story. Rolling and action my job because a variety of things. Your people herder. Are you trying to make sure that cast and crew are all in the right place at the right time? You're supporting the first AD, you making sure everything's running. You've also got to be really adaptable. You're balancing a lot of relationships and communications with different personalities, different departments, different types of people, and to try and also be respectful and keep morale up. I grew up in a town called All Good Beach in the Bay of Plenty in New Zealand. I watched a lot of movies going up. I was the only child and so I spent a lot of my time watching films and sort of imagining stories. My mother really fostered that creativity and I come from like a family of contemporary multi artists, visual artists and so I knew I always wanted to pursue a visual art but just do one that no one in the family had done yet. And now shooting big universal monster movie. Very cool. It's cold, but spirits are high before me. Some movie magic. You just gotta show up, smile, have initiative, really want it, really work for it, and just try and be a person that people want around.

How can movie theatres attract more viewers? #LIPostingChallenge #LinkedInNewsIndia 1. Affordable Pricing Solutions: Unemployment has gone up, lowering the cost on tickets and food will get me inside the theater. 2. Make better movies. Find real actors who can actually act. 3. Temperature Control: Adjustable heating and cooling options in individual theaters, as well as providing blankets or shawls for those who prefer a warmer environment. 4. Shorter runtime films, curated film festivals or marathons, and special screenings of classic or cult films.

Only 17% of indie films make six figures or more from a theatrical release • 40% don't release at all • 35% don't report numbers • 8% gross between $1 and $100k Why?
