Drafting: As a mechanical engineer, I'm thrilled to share a glimpse into my drafting project: Drafting the Main Tube Bank for Water Tube Boiler. In this task, I carefully checked the dimensions in the old erection drawing and redraw it to ensure everything fits perfectly. This project is part of recent Boiler repair and maintenance work, this drafting is the key step to confirm the dimensions for the new Boiler tubes. Accurate drawing leads to precise bending of tubes. That reduces different types of #waste i.e, 1. Defects 2. Extra Processing 3. Waiting 4. Unnecessary Motion Waste reduction is the main focus of any process. Piping design should consider factors such as pressure containment, stress analysis, corrosion resistance, and material selection to minimize the risk of accidents or failures. #Codes_and_Standards: Compliance with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations is essential.
