University of Health and Performance’s Post

HEALTH, PERFORMANCE, BUSINESS Businesses often sacrifice a healthy work culture for performance or performance for a more healthy work culture. Businesses that find a concise equilibrium between health and performance achieve maximum efficiency while businesses that lean too far one way or another most often fail. We've all seen extreme examples of each. The consulting firm that grinds employees into dust trying to achieve maximum performance for their clients with little thought to company culture and health experience high turn over. The tech firm offering a four day work week, an abundance of benefits, high salary and little accountability often experience high labor costs due to headcount and eventually lead to large lay offs. Leaders who can identify a balance between health and performance achieve maximum output. Our leadership development courses focus on helping leaders find this unique balance. We teach leaders to think, train, feel and most importantly lead to drive performance and a healthy company culture resulting in equilibrium.
