He also served as Chief Operations and Accountability Officer for the state’s information services division. In that role, Matt oversaw the technology operations for 189 executive branch agencies and affiliates. In that role, he executed the unification of 110 IT organizations across the state, realized over $875M in cost savings and was featured in the Wall Street Journal best-seller, “One Mission: How Leaders Build a Team of Teams” by Chris Fussell. Dr. Christina Li will facilitate the third week of our Leading Change and Innovation Mini-MBA helping learners understand the social and power dynamics of their organization and provide tools to identify and foster relationships with key power players. Dr. Christina Li's research focuses on understanding how employees navigate their work and career environments, examining the characteristics that individuals deem essential for fitting in at work, the experience of misfit, the actions individuals use to maintain fit or alter misfit, and how fit happens in different types of careers (e.g., unconventional ones). She employs a variety of quantitative and qualitative research methods to integrate person–environment fit research with other areas of management research and teaches courses in the areas of management, negotiations/conflict, leadership, and organizational behavior within Price College.
