It is dated October 29, 2024 and is revision 1 of a document signed in 2014. The attached picture describes its scope that cover aircraft certification and Rulemaking. ⏩️ Objective 1 covers metrics, maintenance of confidence, validation work plan and risk based validation. ⏩️ Objective 2 address validation and recognition of operational evaluation activities, recognition of Maintenance Review Board reports, of Instructions for Continuing Airworthiness and of Master Minimum Equipment List. ⏩️ Included in objective 3 are Unmanned Aircraft, Light Sport Aircraft, EVTOL, hybrid / electric propulsion, Hydrogen propulsion and Artificial Intelligence ( Large airplanes only, extension to other categories is considered) ⏩️ Objective 4 is about policy harmonisation, pre-Rulemaking studies and systematic communication of Rulemaking work.
