How does one initially hire for an early stage startup? And that too a startup based in a "non-startup" city? How does one grow the team to 300+ folks, and also ensure that some of your earliest hires - are still with you! As we focus on the people strategy of Smytten - we talk to Siddhartha Nangia as he walks us through their awesome people strategy! How the team came together, how they hired initially, the working environment and the culture of Smytten. One of the few companies which wholeheartedly loves freshers and interns - Smytten has majorly built their team around youngsters, and how well have they responded!
