We’re ecstatic to announce that our design 18T Mansion in Chongqing, China, has been realised! This new development not only rejuvenates the Shibati area on the Yuzhong peninsula - where the facilities were no longer meeting modern needs - to achieve high-quality livability, but also preserves the heritage of the ‘Urban Well’ by integrating it into the design of the residential towers and podiums. congratulations, very nice design. Are the modern low rise buildings in front also part of the development? What functions they host?

Congratulations on the completion of such a stunning project! The integration of heritage elements like the ‘Urban Well’ is a fantastic touch. I’m curious—did the design also incorporate biophilic principles to bring nature into the space? It’s such a meaningful way to enhance livability and the well-being of residents.
