The only thing that is require to be ahead of 99% crowd is consistency. sharing my experience of last close to 3 months time- i decided to start an instagram creator account to grow it to reach more people and touch more lives. initially for 30-35 days there was hardly any noticeable growth but i kept on doing what i targeted as posting something everyday till i starts to come in notice of the algorithm. all i could learn from my instagram growth over 80 days is consistency is the only thing which makes you different from the crowd in a very short period of time because in todays impatient world is not able to hold their visions and efforts for a continuous period of time. giving up on goals and exploring similar options are the easiest things to do. but trust me hanging on and doing for one more day everyday will take you to the finish line,i am slowly reaching my first goal of social media engagement and i advice everyone to give your work time to reflect results overtime as someone truly said "great things take time" whatever you are doing in respective fields just hold you visions and associated goals it is coming to your way soon. below i mentioned my taken notes from this 3 months new journey of learning consistency. 1. It develops discipline and autocontrol 2. Helps build a higher level of trust 3. Track your improvement 4. It’s helping with your personal position in the crowd 5. The day after... As a member of the Integrated Marketing & Communications team at Margins Group, I can certainly relate to the spike of activities that precede a major event or program. The weeks or days leading up to such moments are nothing short of creativity, coordination, sleepovers, overtime, and caffeine-fueled collaboration. The anticipation is evident as we fine-tune strategies, tweak last-minute details, and ensure that every aspect aligns seamlessly with our overarching objectives. It's in these moments of controlled chaos that bonds are strengthened, and creativity thrives. As the adrenaline of the event day subsides, the day after becomes a crucial phase for reflection. It's a time to analyze the impact of our efforts, celebrate achievements, and, yes, acknowledge the challenges that may have arisen (especially in our Monday meetings). In our team, success is a collective effort. I want to take a moment to salute the unsung heroes—the creative and designing team(Prosper Nammal Beyir, Richmond Duodu, Illiasu Awudu and Prince Boakye-Yiadom) who worked tirelessly on eye-catching visuals, the copywriters who crafted compelling narratives, the social media enthusiasts (Annette Oduro, Pearl Hanyabui, Theodore Antoine Beecham, Grace Maamle Partey and Jemimah Adu) who sparked online engagement, and our HOD (Mina Ebela Hassan) who charts the course for our team. Now, as we turn our gaze forward to 2024, I'm excited about the possibilities that lie ahead. What's the next big project? LinkedIn is a team sport not a solo sprint.(Just like success) Last year, one post caused a ripple effect. It resulted to the person you see today (Me😂). It was around this same time last year. I just finished taking my LinkedIn course. But fear paralyzed me from implementing. I would scroll my feed to look “productive”. But I wasn’t active at all. Until I saw a short sweet post from Clinton. This post sparked the fire to become active. In that moment, I made my first LinkedIn post. We later got connected on this blue app And overtime our bond grew and grew. Till he started putting my LinkedIn Journey on his own head. And I always wondered why this man was on my matter so much. He’d call me, text me, send me resources, just so I don’t self sabotage. All these when I had literally nothing to offer. Although I’m more able to stand on my own now. I'm constantly amazed... 🤯 Just how powerful engaging on LinkedIn really is. Little "Soldiers of Matty" out in the LI universe gaining impressions, and likes over time. "Over-time" is what surprises me. In the last 30 days I have earned replies on comments I make 5, 6, 10, & 11 months ago! Impressions are costly, we can earn them organically - Liking & Commenting on the content of your connections. For almost a year a comment living on LI has been gaining likes, comments and impressions of my optimized profile image, name, & tagline. I am sure you can find the energy to comment 15-20 times a day into the LinkedIn-verse: Monday - Friday. 🐌 #dothework #DoHastagsStillWork

YouTube has changed learning forever. TikTok too. As a young bloke, I wasn’t particularly handy on the tools. My wife Tricia Velthuizen would cringe if I said I was about to pull out the tools and clear her day because the odds were pretty high, we would be sitting in Emergency later that day to stitch something up or clean something out. Fair enough. Overtime, though, my abilities changed and improved, and my confidence grew. I found a handy teacher online, courtesy of YouTube. It amazes me what I can learn to do through YouTube and TikTok. Plenty of patient teachers are there, just waiting to show me how to repair my ride on mower or deal with the grey water plumbing. I don’t need to call a tradie to come help me with as many home jobs these days. Even my local mower repair shop encourages me to have a go first, sharing advice and loading me up with the parts I need and a reassuring nod, “you’ve got this.” Teaching continues to evolve, and with it, learning.  Nowadays, if you are ready to learn, there is a teacher willing to teach you – day and night. The very nature of learning should be found in this continuous evolution.  Recognition of Prior Learning embraces that continuous learning – regardless of where we source our teachers – to ensure we can marry up our experience to our qualifications.
