Call for Proposals: 2025 International Conference of the Philippine Political Science Association (PPSA) Changes and (Dis)Continuities Baguio City | 23-24 May 2025 Politics and our political realities are in constant flux around the world. Changes can happen physically, within observable boundaries and cognitively as the understanding and appreciation of the political evolves. Changes can be transformative, but they can also result in the discontinuation of a political phenomenon and signal continuity in some respects. As societies and polities face changes daily, it becomes incumbent upon political scientists, social science scholars, practitioners, and other interested parties to revisit and help us understand these changes. Deadlines and Dates to Remember Call for Proposals (Paper and Panels): 8 November 2024 Deadline for Submission of Abstracts: 15 January 2025 Release of Acceptance Notices: 28 February 2025 Confirmation of Participation and Registration of Presenters: 15 March 2025 Deadline of Payment for Participants: 15 April 2025 Release of Book of Abstracts: 30 April 2025 Those interested in presenting or convening panels may submit their proposals through our website: https://lnkd.in/grt9BgRu

Great session today about how to prepare A-level articles and reviews :)
Great session today with our visiting Fulbright professor TL Hill about how to prepare honest, constructive and respectful peer reviews and what we can learn from reviewing processes! We definitely learnt a lot, and it was so nice to have colleagues and doctoral researchers from all our school's three research groups in the room. We should do this more often😊 Public Policy & Governance Research Group, University of Vaasa
