Lots of brands are in danger of missing their annual revenue goal for Amazon If you’re in that boat, you’re definitely not alone… I’ve spoken to more than a handful of brands this month that are off target as we approach the end of Q1 Here are 5 ways to get back on track: 1. Audit your strategy to ensure you are focusing on the right products You must focus the majority of your content optimization, ad spend, and efforts on the products in your caralog that drive the most revenue Don’t overinvest in new product launches and optimizing products that have never sold well anywhere This is the first thing we do when onboarding a new brand partner 2. Optimize your brand store We see that a well optimized brand store typically drives 10% of a brand’s monthly revenue If you’re generating 6-7 figures a month, getting your brand store to the next level can make a real difference 3. Ensure you ad strategy is balanced Don’t over rely on sponsored products. Build your funnel with DSP. Use SD for retargeting. Use SB to generate top-of-funnel awareness by relying on your best selling products Also, make sure you are spending enough on your best selling products 4. We have well optimized product listings. Sale price is 50% below our target price. Here's our game plan: 1️⃣ Signing up for Amazon Vine. ($75 for up to 10 reviews! A NO BRAINER. See attached) 2️⃣ Four Top of search campaigns (TOS) campaigns, each focusing on one of our MAIN keywords in phrase match. With a $50/day budget for each. 3️⃣ Launched Broad, Phrase, and Exact Sponsored Product campaigns. 4️⃣ Separated our campaigns by ‘size’, creating distinct ad groups for each color variation. 5️⃣ We've limited each ad group to no more than 10 keywords. 6️⃣Launched 2 Product Targeting campaigns featuring the top 20 competing ASINs.
