Site soil is screened to remove large particles & aerate soil. Reusing site soil maintains the natural nutrition and micro-biology of an area, and removal of oversized material allows plant roots greater soil penetration resulting in stronger vegetative growth. Soil screening offers several benefits including: Improved Soil Quality Enhanced Plant Growth Contaminant Removal Cost Savings Environmental Stability Soil screening plays a vital role in promoting sustainable land management practices, supporting healthy ecosystems, and optimising the functionality of soil. #Oldfields #LandClearing #hazardreduction #EcosystemPreservation #BiodiversityProtection #CommunitySafety #SustainableEnvironment #NatureConservation #WildfireManagement #EcoFriendlySolutions

The Critical Battle Against Soil Erosion in a Changing Climate... As we face the challenges of the 21st century, our planet's health is at a crucial turning point. With a total land area of about 13.4 billion hectares, we face an urgent issue: nearly 2 billion hectares are now degraded due to erosion, threatening our agricultural productivity and endangering our food supply. With climate change worsening, soil erosion is becoming an even greater concern. The Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) estimates that we lose about 24 billion tons of fertile soil each year - about 11 million hectares📉 This significant loss harms our agricultural lands, disrupts ecosystems, and affects water quality, making it harder for people and wildlife to thrive. 🌿🐾 Erosion can lead to lower crop yields and higher food prices, impacting communities around the world. Additionally, when soil washes away, it often pollutes rivers and lakes, harming aquatic life and diminishing our drinking water quality. 💧🐟 Now is the time to act. We need to embrace sustainable farming practices, enhance land management, and protect our precious soil resources. By joining forces, we can create a healthier planet and a secure food future for generations to come. Let’s commit to making a positive change today! 🙌 #ClimateChange #SoilErosion #SustainableAgriculture #LandDegradation #FoodSecurity #EcosystemHealth #EnvironmentalProtection #ActNow #SaveOurPlanet
