I always wanted to help others. But it was often at the price of my mental and emotional health. I felt fulfilled by taking care of others in their worst moments, but I was distracting from my well-being by immersing myself in the adrenaline-filled world of emergency medicine. I was overdoing it, running every shift I could. Now I run a healthcare writing business, I can put that desire to connect with others to use in a way that fills my cup and allows me to be of service. Turns out, wanting to help doesn't have to be all or nothing. I understand the problems you're having. I create a customized solution that works for your business and the people you serve. By writing or optimizing your website, I help you help others. I do what I love, but I don't burnout doing it. Nothing works if you don't work. No book, program, or video about health or weight loss is going to work if you do not apply the principles and do the work.
