🌱 Listening to Farmers: How We’re Transforming Ag Data Analytics 🌾 Every innovation starts with a conversation. For us, it began with countless hours spent talking to farmers and stakeholders across the ag supply chain. We wanted to understand what really works in farming data analytics—and what doesn’t. Here’s what we heard loud and clear: ✅ Yield prediction is helpful, but context is everything. Farmers need more than numbers—they need insights. If yield predictions don’t explain why the results occurred or how to replicate (or avoid) them in the future, their value is limited. ✅ Data trust is paramount. Farmers see their data as part of their secret sauce, and they’re more likely to trust analytics companies that respect that by not combining data across farms. ✅ No more complicated software! The best solutions don’t require farmers to learn new platforms. Seamless integration is key to adoption and effectiveness. We’re using these insights to build tools that meet farmers where they are—practical, trustworthy, and actionable. Because when farmers succeed, the whole world benefits. Let’s keep the conversation going. How do you see data analytics evolving in agriculture? Share your thoughts below! 👇 #AgTech #DataAnalytics #InnovationInFarming #SustainableAgriculture

The intersection of predictive analytics and agricultural sales relationships has captured my attention lately. A fascinating new study offers valuable insights for our agricultural sales professionals about adopting data-driven decision-making. What particularly interests me is how salespeople interact with predictive data. While they excel at using information to help customers achieve their goals, they often hesitate to use analytics to enhance their own sales approaches. The study reveals that data adoption isn't just about the quality of information — it's deeply influenced by both customer characteristics and salesperson attitudes. My latest blog post has shared my complete analysis of this research and its implications for agricultural sales: https://lnkd.in/gd-nU_XC I would love to hear your thoughts on using data about customers in addition to using information from customers.
