Great insights Shane! The first programs in Canada were simple, one-brand rebates, mostly used as limited promotions or price reactions to a competitor. The success of those started 40 years of evolution, leading to the sophisticated programs we see today. It takes a lot to earn true customer loyalty, including product performance, customer service , and personal connections. Programs are now the financial part of that equation.
