Here's a short clip of recent "Condition Monitoring Workshop" presentation from UPTIME Consultant for a new client. I always start with the definitions then dive into Reliability-centred Maintenance (RCM) here explaining that planned time based maintenance (PMs) whilst ubiquitous add little of value. When I come across organisations with 100s of PM Tasks per week, 1,000s in backlog that are suffering from unplanned events it amazes me that they keep on doing the same old thing! Tomorrow 17th October is the third of our #ThermalThursdays reviewing a range of HIKMICRO Thermography Europe & UK industrial imagers. Now it's the turn of the G60 from #HIKMICRO and as you can see below these devices were trialled and tested with engineers in an industrial environment. Over a month in the making and now our new #YouTube Channel is finally live starting with a month long series of #ThermalThursdays where a range of imagers from HIKMICRO are independently reviewed by MD Andy Gailey Many thanks to CBM Partners for asking us to carry out this work that involved end user testing with our choice of Utilities and Asset Care engineers, their valuable feedback formed much of the content of these video reviews. Fortunately the majority of the feedback in testing was very positive, where we did find any shortcomings they are shared in this video series. The PocketE beginner Thermal imager quite surprised us for the features included at the price point, it's definitely worth a look as a first line toolbox instrument that is easy to carry and quick to use.
